隨著(zhu)我國現代(dai)職教體系的(de)構(gou)建,特別是應用技(ji)術大(da)學的(de)快速發展(zhan),高校(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)程(cheng)訓(xun)練中心對加拿大(da)pc畢業(ye)生的(de)需求(qiu)逐(zhu)年增加,加拿大(da)pc“動手動腦,全面發展(zhan)”的(de)辦(ban)學理念(nian)和(he)學校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)人才(cai)培養質量特別是學生扎實(shi)的(de)動手實(shi)踐和(he)創新能(neng)力得(de)到(dao)高校(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)程(cheng)訓(xun)練中心的(de)廣(guang)泛認可(ke)。加拿大(da)pc積極拓寬服務(wu)領域(yu),綜合高校(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)程(cheng)訓(xun)練中心指導教師崗(gang)位技(ji)能(neng)水平、工(gong)作(zuo)性質、專業(ye)方向(xiang)和(he)可(ke)持續發展(zhan)需求(qiu)等因素(su),組建“工(gong)程(cheng)實(shi)踐教育”實(shi)驗班。

“工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)育”實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗班于2015年在(zai)(zai)加拿大pc啟動實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)施,在(zai)(zai)培養(yang)(yang)模(mo)式、教(jiao)學(xue)模(mo)式、課程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)模(mo)式等方(fang)(fang)面(mian)大力(li)探索,以(yi)(yi)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)學(xue)體系為主線,構建以(yi)(yi)“工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)能(neng)力(li)”和(he)“工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)學(xue)能(neng)力(li)”為核心的(de)課程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)體系,培養(yang)(yang)擁有較強的(de)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)能(neng)力(li)和(he)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)學(xue)能(neng)力(li),可(ke)在(zai)(zai)機械工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)領域從事(shi)設(she)計制造、產品開發(fa)、企業管理和(he)營銷(xiao)等方(fang)(fang)面(mian)工(gong)(gong)作,能(neng)從事(shi)日(ri)常(chang)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)學(xue)、指導學(xue)生參(can)加學(xue)科競賽和(he)開發(fa)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)學(xue)項目(mu)的(de)一體化教(jiao)師,為高校工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)訓練中心培養(yang)(yang)教(jiao)師。

學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校目前“工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)實(shi)踐教育(yu)”實(shi)驗(yan)班(ban)(ban)每(mei)屆1個(ge)班(ban)(ban),不超過三十人實(shi)施單班(ban)(ban)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),在操(cao)作技能(neng)(neng)方面,培養(yang)“一(yi)專(zhuan)多能(neng)(neng)”型人才,“一(yi)專(zhuan)”即要(yao)求達到某工(gong)(gong)(gong)種高級工(gong)(gong)(gong)水平,“多能(neng)(neng)”要(yao)求具有若干工(gong)(gong)(gong)種中級工(gong)(gong)(gong)水平;在專(zhuan)業能(neng)(neng)力方面培養(yang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)應用人員常見工(gong)(gong)(gong)作能(neng)(neng)力,包括設計(ji)造型、工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝編(bian)制(zhi)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)裝研發、設備(bei)養(yang)護與(yu)維修能(neng)(neng)力等;在師范能(neng)(neng)力方面,緊貼實(shi)訓教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),加強書寫能(neng)(neng)力和語言表達能(neng)(neng)力的(de)訓練,強化實(shi)踐教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)能(neng)(neng)力。實(shi)驗(yan)班(ban)(ban)專(zhuan)業為機(ji)械設計(ji)制(zhi)造及其自動化,進入“工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)實(shi)踐教育(yu)”實(shi)驗(yan)班(ban)(ban)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)籍將轉(zhuan)入該專(zhuan)業,畢業時取得該專(zhuan)業的(de)畢業證書并(bing)申請該專(zhuan)業的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)士學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)位(wei)。
